Cora Constructors contracted Spec Training Video to capture preconstruction documentation at the Rancho California Water District. In particular, we produced a preconstruction drone video with both DVD delivery and electronic delivery. We got right to work documenting the preconstruction of Well No. 176.
Preconstruction Site History
Founded in 1965, Rancho California Water District operates as an independent, special district, servicing the local area of Temecula, California. Specifically, the Rancho California Water District offers supplemental water imported from the Colorado River. In addition, the site collects, treats, and disposes of wastewater from the area. Of note, the Rancho California Water District serves over 45,000 acres. As well, the site has 1.3 billion gallons of recycled water a year.
Scope of Preconstruction Documentation
The scope of our work for the preconstruction documentation at the Rancho California Water District included a drone video of the site. Of note, the video included documentation of the surrounding area for preconstruction. First, we documented Well No. 176. Specifically, our footage documented any preexisting conditions of the well to show signs of degradation as well as cracking and other existing wear and tear. Such documentation fulfilled Cora Constructor’s contract specifications of preconstruction documentation prior to beginning work. In the end, we delivered a preconstruction drone video with both DVD delivery and electronic delivery.
